Maison

I have a gorgeous ultra modern industrial styled loft. It is 700 square feet with 14 foot ceilings. I have a 180 degree view of midtown NYC including the empire state building and Toy Building (direct view). You can see all the way to New Jersey and Brooklyn from my apt.

I live on the 14th floor of a luxury doorman building. I have a brand new kitchen including a washer/dryer, and all stainless steel appliances. I have A/C, ceiling fans, track lighting, Wi-Fi, and a big flat screen TV. I have a queen size luxury mattress and a futon for an extra guest.

My apt has a $1 milllion value to it and I will only accept very high real estate in return or an extremely good location.

Quartier

I live in the best area of New York City, in the heart of Greenwich Village. Besides living in the best area, I am one minute away from every other amazing area of Manhattan. Including every great restaurant, shopping area, stylish lounge, beautiful park etc. Washington Square Park just has been redone and it is one block away.

I am a 1 minute walk from SOHO, NOHO, WEST VILLAGE, EAST VILLAGE, BOWERY (newest best place to be), LOWER EAST SIDE, MEATPACKING DISTRICT. You will love my apartment and where I live. You can't get a better vacation spot then this....Ask anyone who lives in New York city the location 4th street and Mercer.

On my block there is a coffee shop, restaurant, drug store and supermarket.

I live two minutes from every subway A, C, E, B, D, F, Q, N, R, W, 4, 5, 6. You can be anywhere very quickly.

I will easily guide the person staying here with the best restaurants, shopping, recreational activities...
