Maison

We have a beautifully appointed, top floor, luxury apartment that overlooks a lovely park. We are located in the uptown section of Hoboken. We updated our kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms last year with top end appliances, finishes and fixtures. Our floor is quiet with only four other apartments, all occupied by owners, not renters. We have a parking space in a gated garage located very close to the elevator.
We live part time here with our 2 year old Son and dog Tony. Our other home is on Nantucket Island.

Quartier

Hoboken is a mile square, family oriented, popular '6th borough' of New York City along the Hudson River. We are in a village/city setting close to a food market, butcher, baker, gyms, parks, cafes and restaurants. We are a 10" walk to New York ferries and the new light rail system.
Hoboken has an old fashioned type 'Main Street', Washington Blvd, that is full of boutique shops and restaurants of all types. There are many green spaces here and a lovely river walk with garden/park piers on the river.
Hoboken has become the new hot place to live.

We are seeking an exchange in Copenhagen, Hamburg or Berlin. My company is in the Leadership Development business, www.kenblanchard.com, and we are expanding in Europe, which is why I need to be there. We enjoy a cafe lifestyle, working out, cooking nice meals at home and spending time outdoors.
