The Villa has 2 floors. At the first floor you find the living room, the dining room and the kitchen.
The second floor has 2 sleeping rooms with 2 luxurious bathrooms en suite and as well the entrance to the house. The Villa has a fantastic view and is a good starting point for walks in the nature (natural parc Monte de Malaga ). The house is new and very comfortable. The villa is equipped with central heating for the winter season (december and january). It takes about 25 minutes to the airport. The Village is 700 meters down the hill. Especially the view at night towards Malaga is described in many tourist guides. The villa has 2 floors. At the lower one is the living and diner room with satelite TV and a chimney, a complete kitchen with freezer and Ceran cooking field. At the upper floor are the 2 sleeping rooms with 2 luxurious bath rooms and the terace and the entrance.

Quartier

Moclinejo befindet sich 20 km. von Malaga, zwischen der "Cerros de Cordoba" und "Piedra Blanca" in 450 Meter Höhe in der schönen Axarquia. Es ist eines der typischen andalusischen Dörfer. Tourismus ist hier noch ein Fremdwort, obwohl nur 10 Minuten von der Küste entfernet. Von Rincon de la Victoria erreicht man Moclinejo über eine schöne Strasse mit herrlichen Aussichten. Zum Strand sind es nur 8km.
Die Umgebung von Moclinejo ist geprägt von steilen Hängen und zahlreichen Schluchten, wie das gesamte Gebiet der Montes de Malaga. Das Land ist trocken, zerklüftet und sehr abschüssig.

Der Name kommt wahrscheinlich von "Moclin", arabisch für "Gebietsplatz".
Moclinejo liegt an der "Rosinenstrasse" ("La Ruta de la Pasa") und trägt auch manchmal den Namen "Eingangstor zur Rosinenstrasse. Rosine, Wein und Weintrauben sind die Hauptprodukte der Gegend.

Typische lokale Gerichte sind "gazpachuelo" (Suppe mit Mayonnaise) und die Knoblauchsuppen, bekannt als "sopa de maimones". Lokale Muskatellweine und Rosinen komplettieren die gastronomischen Delikatessen Moclinejos.
