We have an Inn/Resort that we do equal night exchanges and equal bedroom exchanges. Full resort amenities. All inclusive plan is additional. http://www.pointpleasantinn.com, AAA Four Diamond Rated. Built in 1938 by Charles Rockwell. Fully restored and refreshed 2 times a year.

Quartier

Waterfront, shell beach, good biking paths, 1 mile from Colt State Park and 2 miles along a wandering road to the village of Bristol. Private and gated, high security. Full staff.

We love to travel anywhere and have found by owning several homes that we felt anchored down. so now we exchange and save by this method and enjoy more than renting or staying in hotels. We love the water, are avid boaters and well traveled. Trish loves to read and explore and Gunter can fix anything! Engineer by trade and semi retired. Trish is a retired teacher, a licensed chef, and has owned a catering company.

Destination

Waterfront but also enjoy Manhattan, NY. We do not have to have simultaneous exchanges. All dates are flexible. Our other listing is in North Carolina # 24569
