You want an unforgettable holiday in a lovely town with beautiful surroundings? Don't look any further! Our house is a nice and comfortable, detached home, that has plenty to entertain all members of the family to help make your stay enjoyable. The house has everything to enjoy a comfortable stay where you have all the benefits of living in a pretty town close to Dartmoor National Park and beautiful beaches, as well as the possibility to explore the nearby sights and cities including Exeter, Plymouth and the Eden Project. Our kitchen has all you need like a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and all other necessary equipment. The bathroom has a walk-in-shower and bath. There are 2 toilets. We have wireless internet access and you would have access to out PC. The house has sky television in 3 rooms, with movies and sport channels. The doors of the conservatory open to our sunny, private garden. For the younger members of the family there are climbing frames, swings, a sandpit, playhouse and slide. For those who like to relax there is a seating area and a large has barbeque.
We have two cats, Holly and Harry, who need minimal care - food and water, and as much or as little fuss as you would like to give. They are very friendly and affectionate, even with our two year old!

Quartier

We live on a quiet cul de sac with lovely views of the surrounding countryside.. Our neighbours are very friendly. In past exchanges they have made good friends with our visitors, even teaching English to the children last year! The area is lovely for walks or cycles and we are centrally located for the main sights in the South West including Eden Project, Exeter and the historic port of Plymouth. The town has a good range of facilities including a leisure centre with indoor and outdoor pools, gym and tennis facilities. There are easily accessible shops selling local produce, a post office, pubs and restaurants. The town is great for a base to explore Devon

À propos de nous

We are James (35) and Bryony (39), both teachers in local secondary schools. James is a deputy head teacher and Bryony a dance teacher.We have 4 lovely children Hannah (12), Josh (10), Orla (5) and Edward (2). We love to travel to places in Europe, but are open to all offers. We can exchange for a long weekend or up to +- 4 weeks. So we are quite flexible and keen to get to know you and your country!

Exchanging homes is not new for us, since we exchanged five times succesfully. We are looking forward to hear from you and in case we will swap, you don't have to worry: We will take care of your house as if it is ours!
