Maison

I would like to do an home exchange for a period to decide (from a week to two months) for to visit alone or with my parents every nice place of the world.
We live in Italy, Tuscany. Our primary house is in Arezzo (88 km from Florence).
We have three houses available for swaps: the first is situed in the historical center of Arezzo. This apartment is located in Chimera Road, about 20 meters from the central park and 100 meters from the Duomo. In front of house there is a tobacconist and numerous shops, the greengrocers. A telephone booth is located about 10 meters from the house. Entrance is independent, and the apartment is on the ground floor. Near the house there are supermarkets, shops of all kinds, museums, banks, police station. The railway station is located about 500 meters from the house.
The area is very crowded, especially during the fair, which takes place in Arezzo on the first Sunday of each month in the city which attracts many people from all over the world.

We have two other houses located in Italy and available for home exchange:
1) Ref. 22941 (Nulvi, Sardinia Island, 15 kms from the sea of Castelsardo).
2) Ref. 13618 (Semproniano Village, 6 kms far from Termae of Saturnia, the famous warm waterfalls, in the heart of the Tuscany Region).

The apartment is located in a strategic location, very close to historic monuments of Arezzo and the most important means of public transportation. The ideal holiday to visit Arezzo and nearby cities (Florence, Siena, Pisa, etc.).

My name is Riccardo. I am a Philosophy teacher. I teach Music to Primary School. I am single and I live in Arezzo City, not far from house of my parents. My apartment of Arezzo is too available for home exchanges.
We put at your disposal to swaps other 2 apartments: "Oasi della Toscana" House, in Semproniano Village (Italy, Tuscany Region, with Ref. 13618) and Nulvi (Sardinia Island, Italy, Ref. 22941).
Usually I travel alone and sometimes I like to travel with another friend (we are not more than 2 persons).

WE ARE OPEN TO DO A NOT-SIMULTANEOUS EXCHANGE.
Our dates are flessible, we are open to visit every natural place and our favourite period for to travel is July-August-September.

We love animals and we will be very happy to take care about your pets.
I speak Italian, Spanish and French.

Destination

I can to do a simoultaneous or not simultaneous swap. I would like to to a trip of 2 months and to visit Pechino in China, Tokyo and Kyoto in Japan and others countries.
