Maison

My studio which I bought 2 years ago is 33m² and made of an entrance, a main room, a bathroom and a kitchen. if you want to rent a car, my parking space situated on the basement will be available for you.
Moreover, you will enjoy my private garden right outside the studio...table, chairs and transats will be waiting for you if you feel like sunbathing or having a nice dinner made of Champagne and delicious French food, right under the stars :) !
Regarding the equipment, you will find everything you need to spend nice "vacances": washing machine, microwave, LCD TV set (+ DVD), stereo, laptop computer (+ access to internet)....
You will also find two sofas in the main room which makes it possible for 4 people to stay in my studio.

So please: make yourself at home!!!!

Quartier

Located in Livry Gargan, my studio is only 10 miles away from Paris where you can go either by bus (stop right in front of the flat!!), tramway & train (10 minutes walk). Also, it's very close to Disneyland Resort, only 25 miles away!
Situated on the Eastern Parisian surburb, you will appreciate the calm of the street and its beautifull traditionnal French houses. The two floors flat is situated on a very calm street. The closer grocery store is only a 2 minutes walk away (try out their delicious breads!).

My name is Aude and I'm 33 years old. I work in the Galeries Lafayette in Paris, which I hope you will visit, as it is an absolutely amazing department store (the biggest of the world!!)!!
My boyfriend's name is Fabien, same age, and works as an administrative agent, dealing with public workers' security (the job may sound a little depressing but he is a really funny man though!!!).
Of course we love travelling and we thought that exchanging houses might be a wonderfull way to discover new places, countries, ways of life...We just can't wait :)

Destination

We are pretty exciting about discovering lots of different places..our dream would be to travel to New York at first...
Our dates are pretty changeable and we can totally try to fit your own dates from next September to September 2011! That actually gives us a year to plan the perfect vacation for all of us!
My parents live not far from my place and my mum speaks English (well, she tries hard at least!! So cute!) then you may ask them whatever you need to make your vacation as nice as possible.
