Maison

My duplex was built in 1926. I live in the downstairs unit, and have a tenant upstairs. My unit has approximately 2500 SF, two bedrooms (each with a queen size bed), and two and a half baths. There is also a sunroom which has a futon that can sleep two people.

I have WIFI internet access and satellite TV. My Toyota Highlander is available as well, since a car is necessary in Memphis.

Quartier

My duplex is in the heart of Central Gardens, a historic neighborhood in the heart of Midtown Memphis. It is a great area for walking, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The Cooper-Young entertainment district and Downtown Memphis are both about 5 minutes away.
