Maison

Our flat is a 2 room flat, 43sqm on the 4th floor of a typicall 30's building.
1 bedroom with a double bed overlooking on the building's common garden.
1 living room with a couch (double bed), TV, free phone to Europe, a lot of Cd and DVD, computer, wifi, comics and books... with a little sunny balcony overlooking on a dead-end. You can enjoy a breakfast on the table on the balcony when sun is here.
1 kitchen with all you need to cook except dishwasher.
1 little bathroom with WC.
It's a very calm flat just 1 min walk from all the local shops (bakery, butcher, catering, bar, restaurant, wine cellar, market) in a very nice property (very nice neighbour)
In general, apartments in Paris are smaller than in other capitals so don't be afraid to spent 1 week or more in a 43sqm flat. We can easily accomodate up to 4 people and let me tell you that you won't spent so much time in the flat, Paris offer so much things to do!
And last but not least, we have a cat wich stay in the flat during the exchange. Someone could come and give him food. you just have to make a hug to him sometimes!

Quartier

The district is very typical of Paris with a lot of market places.
5 min walk from the Pere Lachaise cimetary wich doesn't looks like other cimetary, it's a very nice park with famous (dead) people.
By subway you can rise Montmartre, Eiffel tower, all you want to see.
Starting from our apartment you can make nice walks in Paris. In one day you can go through several neighborhoods. The best way to discover Paris and Parisians.

Jeremie, 28, my boyfriend, is an art director in an add agency and I, 27, i'm in charge of communication for community center.
We love music (million cds in the flat), concerts, cinema, good food, travel. our favorite hobbies : taking time with our friends with a good meal,wine and music.
We falled in love with Sweden, few years ago and dreamed to live their one day.
But we are very curious and want to discover all the world.
We have no car, but bicycle.

Sweden (Stockholm and others), Scandinavia, Island, USA, Canada (Montreal and others) and CIty of Europe (Amsterdam, Dublin, Bruxelles, Berlin, London...)
