Large modern family home located 15 minute walk into town and sea front in a small quiet private road opposite golf course. Three double bedrooms and one single childs room, all with en-suite shower or bathrooms. Living room with open fireplace leading to large conservatory and dining room, table seats six. Good size kitchen and utility room. Well established garden with decking area.

Quartier

A short pleasant walk into Ryde town and seafront or five minute drive. Lovely clean beaches with good facilities. Nice town with range of shops, cafes and resturants.
Lots of playgrounds and parks, mini golf, ice skating, swimming pool, outdoor paddling pool, tennis courts, bowling, boating lake. Nearby on the Island are many tourist attractions and other leisure activities so for more information please visit Isle of Wight tourist board website. The Island is a short boat ride from Portsmouth to Ryde (20mins) or car ferry (40mins)

Hello, I lived and worked in London until a few years ago when I relocated to the Isle of Wight. I live with my young daughter and work from home making patterns for clothes. We don't have any pets at the moment.

Destination

I am hoping to exchange regularly for breaks in London. I would like to have a base where myself and my daughter could feel safe and comfortable while catching up with friends and family. Although Island life is great I would really like my daughter to grow up appreciating all that a big city has to offer.
