Maison

Our very comfortable 3 bedroomed home with gas central heating. Comprising of a kitchen with all modern conveniences -dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave etc. This leads into a bright family room with wood burner, TV, Piano, Stereo and a good music collection with direct access to the back garden.The garden is private perfect for a barbeque weather permitting, with a trampoline and childrens bikes. Sitting room has a open fire with a tv and dvd player. Bedrooms are 1 double, 1 twin with bunkbeds (childrens room) and 1 single bedroom/office with computer and broadband wireless internet access. The bathroom has a bath and electric shower.

Our home is centrally situated in a quite leafy residential estate at the foothills of the beautiful Dublin mountains 20 mins car ride to Glencree, Enniskerry, powerscourt waterfalls and a great selection of mountain walks.
Five minute walk from the tram line which will have you the heart of Dublin in 20 mins. Some of the attractions are Trinity College, Dublin Castle, Stephens Green and a fab choice of galleries, museums, theatres, restaurants,music venues etc.
We are also 20mins drive from the coast with Dun laoghaire promenade, beaches(2) markets cafes and offers a wide range of water sports.
You'll be spoiled for choice and if you still have time we are well located for access to the M50 for trips to the west of Ireland. We are 10 mins walk from Dundrum town centre which has a multi cinema complex, large shopping mall, and a host of restaurants.

We are a family of four Eamonn and myself are self employed and in our early 40's we have two children a boy 7 and girl 6. We have traveled widely and been to France frequently since our children were born and have loved every moment there. We have a passion for food and music.
This will be our first home exchange and very excited about it. We look after our own home well and would be very respectfully of yours.

Destination

This summer 2011 we are looking for an exchange to France close to the sea or Paris anytime from mid July to mid August - we're flexible.
October we are looking for an exchange to Paris max one week.
Outside of this we are open to all offers..
