Two story foyer with dining, living and family room open to modern kosher kitchen. Huge outdoor patio with pool and basketball on a small lake. Private community with pool, tennis, clubhouse, gym and playground. Close to beaches, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, houses of worship, museums, theater and shopping. Tropical weather year-round.

Quartier

Great, safe neighborhood with many amenities. Close to supermarkets, JCC and houses of worship. 10 minutes to beaches and close to many outdoor activities such as boating, biking, parks, horseback riding and many more activities. Access to two major citiies with amazing theaters, concerts, shopping and restaurants.

À propos de nous

We are a family of six: four children, 16, 14, 8 and 7 months and an Israeli husband and an American wife, self-employed with several stores. We would like to try life in Israel with our children for the school year prior to Aliyah. We speak English, Hebrew and Spanish and have many different interests including tennis, horseback riding and traveling.

Destination

We would like to be in Jerusalem or Tel Aviv, preferable in a suburb area. We have some flexibility on the dates when our house is available, but we need to have a home for the school year in Israel from the latest date of Oct. 1, 2010.
