Maison

Our house (300 square meters on 3 floors) has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can welcome up to 9 persons. 2 bedrooms can welcome small children. It has a small garden and a privative swimming pool and is fully air-conditioned. There are 2 computers with high speed ADSL and a well equipped kitchen.

Quartier

Our house is located in a quiet residential area of Madrid. It's based about 15mn away from Madrid historical centre by car. There are also bus stops closed to the house to go to Madrid centre. You can buy all that you need in the shopping mall located 5mn away by car or in the shopping area based 10mn away by walk.

À propos de nous

We are French but we have been living in Madrid for 2 years.
We have 2 children of 1 month, Madeleine, and 20 months, Paul and a cat, Micha. Micha is very nice and would stay in the house during our vacation.
We can speak French, English and Spanish.
We both work in finance in multinational companies and love travelling.

Destination

From Madrid, it is very easy to visit beautiful cities such as Toledo (less than 1 hour by car), Sevilla, Cordoba or Barcelona (around 3 hours away by high speed train).

If interested, we can organised for our nanny to come and do babysitting, the housekeeping and/or ironing. She is very nice with children and know the house perfectly. She can only speak Spanish.
