Stunning two bedrooms condo at Villas del Sol, Zihuatanejo, Pacific Coast, 240 km north of Acapulco, Mexico.
About 190 m2, 2 big bathrooms, entirely refurbished in 2008, big terrace, main bedroom with king size bed, TV room, second bedroom with two matrimonial beds. New kitchen, Washing machine. Baby bed available.
Linen, towels included. Daily maid service.
One swimming pool in front of the building, one semi-olympic pool plus children's pool, 30 m2 further, 15000 m2 gardens.
Parking place, internet access, administrative office with personal to help you from 9 am to 7 pm.
Direct access to the beach (80 m walk) through The Tides Hotel, includes use of hotel beach, pools and installations, hotel services availables.
Golf ten minutes away.

Quartier

Zihuatanejo is a fishing village, with all commodities, supermarket 5 min. away in taxi. There are a lot of restaurants, boutiques, nice hotels, markets.
Airport is 15 min. away.
Nightlife and golf available in Ixtapa, touristic zone, 15 min. away.
The beach is probably one of the nicest in Mexico, with palm trees and palapas.
Taxis are relatively cheap.
Climate is quite even the whole year long, it is really sunny, like 30 C, hot and humid.

À propos de nous

We are a family with 3 boys ( 4, 7 and 9 years old). We are bi-national Swiss and Mexican, we have been living in Mexico City for 13 years and our condo in Villa del Sol, Zihuatanejo is our precious gem, we have holidays there at least five times a year, the children love it.

But as my parents live in Switzerland, we want to visit at least once a year, and we feel it would be great to be able to exchange homes in some countries in Europe or in Switzerland instead of staying everytime at the same place. And hotels are not the solution with kids.

We speak french, spanish, german and english.

We do not need simultaneous exchange.

Destination

It doesn't have to be simultaneous, we usually look for something in Europe for August, could also be July, there we want to be near my parents, that means Switzerland, Italy or France.
We would also appreciate holidays in the winter, either Christmas or February in some ski resort in Canada
