Beautiful Zermatt resort and spa with fabulous on-site restaurants and amenities. Please view at www.zermattresort.com I have Friday and Saturday weekly check-ins year-round in Hotel, studio, one and two bedroom villas. Do not contact the resort as these units MUST be booked through me as they are all privately owned units. The Zermatt resort is located in Midway , Utah just outside of Park City, Utah and an easy drive to Salt Lake City and the SLC Inernational airport. Utah was the home of the 2002 winter Olympics with world class facilities nearby for just about every sport imaginable. Utah is a very popular destination for year round activities. YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!!

Gorgeous area! Midway, Utah is also known as The Switzerland of Utah. There are so many things to do year-round. Convenient to everything, cities, mountains,World-class ski resorts, Olympic Park, USA National Parks. Golf, tennis, swimming, spas, hiking, fishing, rafting, hot air balloons, snowmobiling, horseback riding, skiing and snowboarding,(too many to list here)

We Live in Salt Lake City, Utah. We have a very close knit family. My husband , Curt, and I have been happily married for 28 years. We have raised and are still raising 3 children, a son, Collin, aged 24, a daughter, Jillian, aged, 19 and our youngest son, Garrett, is 18 years old. I (Julie) am a retired Delta flight attendant. My husband and I own 3 international resort vacation club businesses with members world-wide. Our passions are our wonderful family and traveling the world. I just finished a Gold Magellan award winning Mayan Trail map and guide of 5 mesoamerican countries. We are a very busy, hard-working American family. We travel every oppotunity we get. We find such great quality time together when we are able to get away. Sometimes, it is just Curt and I, usually it is our entire family, and sometimes just myself or Curt with one or more of our children or we travel with friends and extended family. We are very clean, non-smoking and drinking and will take good care of your home.

Destination

We are going to spend the summer 2012 in Europe. We are looking for all European offers , especially Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Austria , France and England. We are very open to all offers. This does NOT have to be a simultaneous exchange as we are offering a vacation resort property.This is not our primary residence. Our resort check-ins are for weekly stays checking in on Fridays and Saturdays, We are able to offer multiple units and weeks based upon availability.
