3BR 2 Bathroom 29th floor apartment with great views. Come spend a month or two in quite part of the French Concession Shanghai. Enjoy the food, culture and excitement of Shanghai, Asia's center. I am often in the the Bay Area and Seattle and would enjoy swapping places to get a good feel for the those cities.

WiFi, Washer dryer, Oven & full kitchen, large flat screen TV, DVD player
3 day a week made service
Building door man (No English)
Prepared index cards to get around by Taxi so no language limitations

Including a car would be an added bonus.

Quartier

Walk to JZ club and best brew pub in Shanghai. Around the corner from Dingxian Garden Dim Sum, The Radison Hotel. On corner of Xuhui, Changning and JingAn district.

No need for car as Taxi's are easier and cheap form of transportation.

I am a 35 year old male American who grew up in Asia and now spends a lot of time in the States for work and to be close to family and would like to swap apartments or houses with someone who wants to enjoy Shanghai from my perspective. I speak and read Chinese so can organize your visit.

Destination

American based in Shanghai and often in San Francisco and Seattle for work and to be close to family. Would like to swap places to spend more time in those two cities. Need WiFi. Dates are flexible and would consider other areas. Including a car would be another big bonus.
