Walk to famous surf or family beaches , beside cafes, restraunts & ferries to anywhere in Sydney. Internet, WIFI and 2 foxtell TVs. Suite 2/ 3 couples or family .
Our home is comfortable & modern Duplex and has access to private outdoor swimming pool. Fantastic location close to buses trains and ferries , and is located in Sydney's best suburb surrounded by bays and beaches.
Swap an Italian Winter for a month of Sydney summer and enjoy Xmas And New year fireworks and cultural festivities you will never forget

we are a professional couple in our late sixties .We have adult children and grandchildren and are semi retired
We love to travel and have a conference in Sienna in November and would like to stay a month or two after the conference to experience , hopefully a white Xmas and explore this part of Italy in the winter.. so good central heating and internet are preferred.

We are seeking a similar size and quality accommodation in or near Sienna Italy and can also exchange a car if mutually convenient . We prefer simultaneous exchange but will also consider non simultaneous

Destination

We would like to experience winter in Italy and to exchange with someone who wants a wonderful seaside summer holiday in beautiful Sydney .
We have a psychology conference in Sienna in early November and would like to stay on for one month or maybe two months if it suites our exchange party, we would also be open to spend xmas in sienna.
However we are also open to a non simultaneous exchange and or simultaneous exchange if this works for all parties
Our home is very modern and comfortable and is located in the best harbourside suburb in Sydney.
We can do a car swap as well
We would like references provided if possible and would be happy to do the same
