Maison

I am a lawyer and my husband, Bjorn, teaches at the American University of Rome. Our two daughters, Stella and Maria, are 2 and 5 yrs and enough well behaved. Our place is near Gianicolo (historical site where Garibaldi fighted for the independence of the country), up hill from trastevere. In the summer Rome is pretty hot but our place has a terrace where you can sit and eat during the summer evenings. The apartment is linked with the rest of the city by busses and train. Or, if you prefer, you can do what we like most: walk down hill and just enjoy the beauty that surrounds you.

Quartier

Our place is located in the best part of Rome: well linked to the rest of the city thanks to busses and train and up hill, where you can enjoy the breeze. Moreover, if walk 5 min. from our apartment you will find one of the biggest and more beautiful parks of Rome: Villa Pamphili, where you can pic nic, or simply having a nice walk, or doing what people do here: jogging.

The people that woul take part in the exchange are only the four of. eventually my mother would join. she is the 61 and still works as manager of a public shool.
