Maison

Family home with 2 living areas. It has a balcony overlooking large backyard and fruit trees when in season. Home is situated walking distance to parks and city centre and a 5min drive to a stunning beach. Our home is situated at the end of the Great Ocean Road and you can see whales come into Logans Beach during calving season. We live in a quiet street, with a fenced backyard for your pets.

Quartier

Warrnambool is a regional city in southwest victoria population of approximately 30,000.

Our street is a quiet street with a number of young families living on it. There is a convience store a 1 minute walk from the house. Centrally located but close to the racecourse, parks, shops, beaches and tower hill state park. The beauty of a small city.

Approximately a 3hour drive from Melbourne or if you choose to travel along the great ocean road rather than inland the hjouney is approximately 5-6 hours.

À propos de nous

My partner is a graduste teacher and I am a junior solicitor. This is our first home and we both enjoy travel and in fact met whilst my partner was travelling. My partner is Scottish. We have a dog who could remain at the property or otherwise would board with friends.

We enjoy bushwalking surfing, golfing and swimming amongst other things. Our back verandah is good for entertaining with bbq and pleaseant view over northern warrnambool.

Destination

We are keen to travel to hawaii in september/October 2010 otherwise would be interested in a swap anywhere big or small.
