home is 3 years old, new subdivison, quiet and family oriented neighborhood. Great view of the semi-arrid cliffs. Open great room. 3 bedrooms plus den/bedrom with murphy bed to sleep a total of 8 people comfortablty. Open kitchen, no basement so you can walk in to the main floor without stairs. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths upstairs and 1 bedroom/den and powder room downstairs. No pets or smoking allowed.

Quartier

Quiet, friendly and family oriented neighborhood. Brand new subdivision. Nice walking trails behind subdvision and close to Wildlife Park. 20 mins to downtown and shopping malls. Good access to highway to the Shuswap Lakes (beautiful), golfing, and Vancouver.

We speak only English. I am a government employee (Social Worker) on disability and my husband is a beltman/carpentar. I enjoy walking, painting and reading. My husband is the builder/carpenter in the neightborhood as he can make anything!!!i We both love to travel and have been to may countries, although we would love to visit Scotland, Ireland and italy.
