Large villa style home sitting atop a private hillside (only three other homes) overlooking one of the most vibrant and exciting areas of Los Angeles. Approximately 3800 square feet with three large bedrooms and three baths. Tiled floors with workout room and outdoor pool.

Quartier

Quiet very safe neighborhood located on top of a hill with spectacular 360 degree views. Walk to great restaurants and stores in an area famous for the best sushi in Los Angeles. Outdoor cafes and bistros nearby. The famous Universal Studios is within two miles and the beach is approximately a 20 minute drive away. Shopping in Beverly Hills is 15 minutes over the hill. Great area for relaxing or hiking in the nearby hills.

À propos de nous

My wife and I would be the main ones swapping the house. I am a lawyer practicing in Los Angeles. She is a noted jazz singer and composer (there is a music stuido inside the house) and speaks French and Italian fluently and Spanish to a lesser degree. We have no children but are hoping to have family visit while we are in Europe which is why we are looking for a large home.
