Quartier

Enjoy a stay in one of the most idyllic and concealed streets in Södermalm - in the middle of Stockholm! The house from 1925 is included in a culturally protected block, formed around a small park. The flat caters for 2 adults wishing to discover Stockholm and perhaps the surrounding archipelago and its beautiful islands.

Södermalm is the residential island directly south of Gamla Stan (Old Town) in the centre of Stockholm. The area is green, hip and cosy and full of restaurants, cafés, bars, vintage and interior design shops, grocery stores et.al. Walking distance to the Old Town, the Royal Castle and City Hall.

Great communications: close to Skanstull metro station, 12 minutes by bus to City Central (T-Centralen), four different bus routes within close reach.

We are a swedish couple in our late 20´s, interested in culture, architecture and sports. No kids, no pets. L is an antiquarian and E works with sales. Non smokers.

Destination

We are interested in an exchange/home swap that would let us stay in New York, Barcelona, France, Italy or Portugal. We are open for other suggestions.
