Maison

The address of our home describes it so well- Sunset Lane, Paradise View.
The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen [fridge, hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher], pantry, laundry room, living room, dining room and bathroom with shower.
The master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom is also on the ground floor level.
French doors from the living room open on to a covered gallery with a dining and seating area. The doors from the master bedroom open to a deck with a small plunge pool, which is the perfect place to cool off and watch the sun go down, with views of the neighbouring islands of Nevis Redonda and Monserrat.
The first floor includes a bedroom with queen size bed and en suite bathroom, a den with pull out couch, and a balcony.
The house is equipped with Wi Fi and cable T.V.
We have 2 dogs who love company. Our housekeeper will provide all housekeeping services, 3 days a week.

Quartier

We are located in a quiet neighbourhood, 2 miles north of the capital St. John's, and fifteen minutes from the airport.
The beach is a 10 minute walk, and there are several restaurants and bars in the area.
There are excellent shops and supermarkets close by, where you can buy a surprising range of food and wines.

We are a well travelled couple, who have lived in Antigua for over 20 years.
My Canadian wife owns a shop in St. John's, catering to the cruise ship passengers, and during the off season from May to October we are free to travel.
I am an engineering consultant, originally from England, who would love to retire to Europe for the summer months.
We have exchanged houses once before.

Destination

We are free for simultaneous exchange from 15 May to 15 October. We would love to swap for a home in any Mediterranean country, Italy France, Spain, Greece or the U.K.
We enjoy small village life, but are just as happy in a town with lots of cultural heritage.
