Large and welcoming family home by Piazza Pitti in the historic center of Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance. The apartment is in the former building of the poetess Elisabeth Barret Browing. Elegantly refined by antique furniture, cosy dining room with working fireplace seats 12. Living room with view on rooftops and the Hills of Belvedere. Next to Giardino di Boboli.

Friendly and helpful neighbors. Academics and professionals. Bus stops next to building. Bars, shops, restaurants of all levels. Museums and everything you'd expect from such a central location in Florence.

À propos de nous

Professional couple of professors. Arpad is working at the university of Cork in Ireland, and I work in Milano and edit an international academic journal. Empty nest with grown up boys who are working and studying around the world. The smallest aged fourteen still lives with me. We have a small pet rabbit.

Destination

Our dates are flexible, simultaneous exchange only, we love the sea, the mountains but also the cities, grazie!
