Very large and modern condo, recently renovated (400 m2) located 2 minutes drive from the beach or 15 minutes by walk. Complex with pool, exercise room, billiard room. Well equipped, items for the beach, Wi-Fi network. 2 bedroom with double bed, one loveseat in the living room, 2 complet bathroom. Located in the center of many tourists attractions: Sea world, South Beach, Walt Disney, Casino, Cape Canaveral, Everglades etc.

Quartier

Quiet place close to grocery stores, drogstores, restaurants, shops. Many beautiful beaches nearby with Boardwalk (shops, bar, restaurant, rent a bike and roller blade). A perfect place to enjoy the sun and heat. Enjoy the nightlife of Fort Lauderdale with its canals where you can admire the beautiful houses and big boats. Also enjoy the animation of South Beach (day and night) one of the most jet set beach in the world!

À propos de nous

We're both in business. We have 37 and 38 years old. We are passionate about travel. We have 2 childrens: a 10 year old boy and a girl of 13 years old. We love water sports (ski and wakeboard), good food and good wine. We live mainly Montreal (Canada) but we would like to share our second home in Florida (U.S.). We are very open to all destinations in every time of the year. But we are actuelly looking for an exchange in Moscow Russia (from 21 to 28 July 2010) or St-Petersbourg (from 14 to 20 July 2010).

Destination

We have a wedding this summer in Moscou so we would like to visit this country. We will be at St-Petersbourg from july 14th 2010 to july 20th 2010 and at Moscou from july 21th 2010 to july 28th 2010. But for any other time of the year specialy during the summer we are open for any suggestions of destinations.
