Our apt is in a doorman building that is child friendly as well as safe and intimate. There is an elevator as well as a service elevator. The building was built in 1927 so it has old world charm with moldings and very high ceilings. This is a classic 6 plus a play room. Very spacious and around 1600 square feet. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

We are located on 86th st which is the epi center of the upper west side with the gap banana republic and a grocery store all down the block. Our neighborhood is safe and family friendly. Riverside park is a 2 minute walk and can be seen from the apt. We are very clean and organized and have a house perfect for a family looking to vacation.
