Main floor boasts full professional kitchen with amazing views, massive living room with large flat screen, full sound system, and large open dining room off spacious deck facing the ocean. Automatic blinds, sound system, fireplace, and lights all controlled by remote control system for perfect entertaining setup on main floor. Large office on main floor with glass desk, and full equipment (could be converted to 4th bedroom if you prefer.) Bottom floor boasts full surround sound theatre with 60+ inch flat screen, leather theatre seating, and separate fully chilled, walk in wine cellar with attached bonus room for poker nights, entertaining, etc. World class boating is available steps out the front door off of the private dock, with access to amazing dungeness crab fishing, prawn fishing, boating, and many other water sports! Boating equipment/boats, etc. can be worked out to suit your needs, as well as any concierge services, assistance to supplement and assist in planning your stay in this incredible home, and amazing city for the 2010 Olympic games. Hotel like stay at luxurious private and secluded waterfront home. House is fully stocked with linens, kitchen appliances, cookware, glassware, flowers, and spa-like amenities. All services are available - housekeeping, etc.

Our house is sits on the coast of Indian Arm, where year round crabbing, prawn fishing, and fishing is offered, as well as breathtaking waterfront views. With large parks, upscale neighbourhood restaurants, and locally owned stores, Deep Cove is the perfect location for anyone. Hiking is world class, canoeing, and minutes from two local ski resorts, the west coast lifestyle is top notch. 90 minutes north of our home is the world renowned Whistler ski resort, among many other great attractions. Deep Cove is really a gem in the heart of Vancouver, with breathtaking views, close to public transportation, tons of young families, and a plethora of West Coast activities right outside the front door!

We are a great, fun, young couple looking to exchange homes somewhere warm - we love the sun, and are eager to spend some time enjoying a warmer climate. We love going to Canucks Hockey games, boating all year, catching fresh crabs and prawns, fine dining, and many other great things! We love traveling, and love spending time with our children who are in their 20's!

Destination

The dates we have available are extremely flexible after May 1st, 2010. The lengths are flexible, as are the locations we are interested in.
