Maison

our bungalow is modern and tastefully decorated, large garden , fully private to front and rear. secluded area, yet 5 mins walk from town, we are particularly suited to families, with a large garden, enclosed, with goal posts, trampoline. we also have play stations, computer, dvd, and wii station.
there is a large sitting room with tv, also a smaller cosy tv room off the main kitchen area, a large fully equipped kitchen/dining area. I have not house swapped before and look forward to it. there are bicycles in the shed for your use also.

Quartier

quiet, safe residential area, rurally situated, yet central to all amenities. 1.5 hrs from dublin and galway in the west. fishing, golf, bowling, theater,cinema and scenic landscapes all within driving distance. we have excellent neighbours , and family who will be glad to help you settle in and assist you in anyway.
the town is small, friendly with many typical irish pubs, to samlpe local cuisine.
the midlands is an ideal base from which to explore ireland, everything you need is at your doorstep, i will be happy to arrange tour recommendations, directions etc.

I am a teacher in post primary, my daughter 14 will travel with me, i would like to visit aberdeenshire, as i have friends there.
