Maison

The villa is a private house which has recently been completely rebuilt and refurbished. The interior is light, airy and elegantly furnished with antique and modern design furniture. The views on all four sides are stunning panoramas of rolling Tuscan countryside with the town of Montepulciano only a couple of miles to the west. Its grounds are completely surrounded by vineyards and olive trees.

Set in a large garden with well watered lawns and tall trees providing ample shade even in the hottest summer, the villa is cleverly arranged so that it can either be used as a whole or be divided into two apartments.

The Villa is available either as a whole unit or as separate, independent flats.

- The ground floor apartment has a large entrance, spacious living/Kitchen//dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

- The upper apartment is on two floors: on the first there is a study, a spacious living/kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms, one bathroom and in the loft there is a second very large bathroom with a 2m x 1m sunken bath, a third bedroom, and a study/living room with a sofa bed.

Quartier

In the surrounding is possible to visit Montepulciano with its architectural and artisic attractions and his cantine where is possible to taste and buy the famous Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, the Trasimeno lake, The Unesco protected Val D'Orcia and the Val di Chiana, the art towns of Pienza, Cortona, Chiusi, Cetona, San Quirico D'Orcia and Montalcino where again is possible to visit its cantine where is produced the world famous Brunello di Montalcino. Other possible excursions are the termal towns of Bagno Vignoni, San Casciano dei Bagni and Bagni San Filippo, where is possible to enjoy a hot bath and relax in one of the several SPA. The pictoresques borghi of Monticchiello, Montefollonico and Lucignano d'Asso definitly worth a visit so as the Basilic of Monte Uliveto Maggiore and of course, with a 45 minute drives, the art cities of Siena, Perugia, and Arezzo and with a little longer driving is also possible to reach Assisi, Orvieto or Florence.
