Maison

800 sq/ft (75 sq/m) two bedroom condo. Fully furnished with balcony and very nice view of the Rocky Mountain Foothills and quick access to skiing, hiking, biking, and more.

Only 15 minutes to downtown Denver and all that it has to offer.
Only 60 minutes to any of five world class ski resorts.
Only 5-10 minutes to dozens of hiking trails, views and parks.
Within 45 minutes to dozens of fantastic camping locations.

The condo is not fancy but clean. Just an average condo with a really nice view. The location is exceptionally safe and crime free.

Transportation: You will want a vehicle. I can do a vehicle exchange; however, my vehicle (while reliable) is a bit of an eyesore and only carries two people (Nissan 2x4 pickup truck).

Kitchen: All the basics: stove, micro, fridge, freezer, Dishwasher, etc.
Laundry: Washer and Dryer in pantry
Balcony: Large grill on Balcony for grilling, Gets direct sunshine all afternoon, great view of sunsets behind the mountains.

Internet: High speed cable access
TV: Airwaves only, no cable TV
Phone: Included with free long distance (inside the U.S.)
The complex: has a weight room, sauna, hot tube, and indoor/outdoor year round pool.

Basically this is a great place to stay if you want to come experience all that Colorado has to offer.

Quartier

The complex is very quiet, mostly families and is very centrally located with the mountains starting only 1/2 mile away and the city of Denver only 15 minutes to the East. Plenty of shopping can be found within minutes at several large shopping malls.

The town of Golden (where I live) is a very quaint town with a rich history from the gold mine days of early Colorado.

The condo is located only 10-15 minute drive from downtown Denver depending on where you are heading.

À propos de nous

I am a single self employed professional who travels extensively. I thought this might be a good idea to help cut costs and expand my travel options.

I am interested in not only vacation exchanges but full time long term exchanges such as 3-12 month exchanges just to try living in a new place long term.

Destination

My schedule for length of stay is flexible. I could be interested in as little as 14 days or up to an entire year. It just depends on where you are.

I work via the net and for myself, thus I'm restricted by any particular "leave time", so I'm also flexible on when the exchange can take place.

I am interested in hearing from ALL locations, but will be most interested in places which have lots of outdoor activities available (scuba, beaches, hiking, skiing, etc). I would like to be able to walk to bars, restaurants, etc. and prefer small towns to cities for long term stays.
