30-45 minutes from 9 world-class ski resorts: Snow Basin, Solitude, Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Powder Mountain, Park City, Canyons, and Deer Valley. Spacious house with breathtaking view of the Wasatch Mountains, huge back yard, safe, suburban neighborhood. Mountain activities galore! 40 minutes from location of the 2002 Winter Olympics. Nearby Pine View Reservoir boasts of a beautiful summertime beach. Ritzy Gateway Shopping Center built for the 2002 winter olympics. Boondocks fun center 5 minutes away offers go-carts, bumper boats, laser tag, virtual reality games, bowling and mini golf. Five world-class golf courses within 40 minutes. Five minutes from The Great Salt Lake Nature Preserve with miles of boardwalk and bird watching. The land bridge to Antelope Island is 15 minutes away. The doubledecker Frontrunner Train station is 5 minutes away. You can take the train to Salt Lake City or you can drive our car 20 minutes to the city.

Quartier

One block away is a brand new park with multiple soccer fields and beautiful garden landscaping with sidewalks around the perimeter for running, walking or biking. Go jogging the opposite direction and one block away you are on horse property, enjoying wide open spaces and peaceful uninhabited outdoors. There are lots of young families in our neighborhood. There is a beautiful view of the Wasatch Mountains to the East and a spectacular sunset over Antelope Island to the West.
Two of our bedrooms have king size beds. One has a twin bed and one has a baby crib. We have a two-car garage with two SUVs. The house has a spacious third-acre back yard.

Our family consists of two airline pilots (mom and dad) with two young boys. We have been married 10 years. We enjoy all outdoor activities. We are avid hikers, swimmers, skiers. We also love cultural activities that every city has to offer. We are well-traveled. We bring our boys with us everywhere we go. Occasionally we give our friends nonrevenue buddy passes to travel with us. These friends have been married 13 years.

Destination

Since we are airline pilots, we can travel to most destinations at most times. Give us an offer!
We can do a non-simultaneous exchange. We will host you while you are here. We will cook, clean and show you around. You do the same for us.
Currently we are hoping for Hawaii or Chile in February. We are on holiday the entire month. I lived in Vina del Mar as a teenager and I want to return. I am open to all areas of Chile. We plan to visit Maui soon as well.
