Maison

The flat is located in a prestigious district of St.Petersburg - Moskovskiy district in a newly built house (2 years ago) 10 minutes walk to the nearest subway station - Zvezdnaya. It takes 20 min. by subway to get centre (Nevskiy prospekt) and 30 min. by bus from Pushkin (city of the residence of Katherine the Great). Our flat is just 20 minutes from Pulkovo Airport. Location is much better than the best!!! :)))
My family consists of my wife Julia and my 2 sons - Matvey (7 yrs.) and Gleb (0,5 yrs.).
As for flat - we offer 2 rooms, lobby, kitchen and 1 bathroom. The flat is on the 5 floor in 8-floored building (there are 5 flats on the floor, but 3 of them are still empty - noone lives there). The parking lot in front of the building is secured and quarded. There are arm-chairs in the bigger room, a sofa (which can be transformed in a bed for 2), a case for clothing. In a smaller room there is a bed for 2, a TV (LCD 32") with DVD player, small locker for clothing and enter to the glassed balcony. The kitchen is equiped with refrigerator, microwave oven, electric oven, table and chairs. Bathroom is equiped with boiler for 100 l - to have hot water. This volume is enough for a family for to take a shower.
We have a cat named Kisa. But for the exchange period we can remove it from the flat on your wish and proposal.

Quartier

St.Petersburg is the most beautiful city in Europe. You'll love it if you once be there! Just see the pictures of our city.
Our building is on quiet small street so it's very comfortable to have a rest after busy working day. Across the street there are 3 Christian churches and a park, where young couples, moms with kid usually walk. The traffic transportation is very comfortable - 10 minutes walk from the subway station Zvezdnaya (see the map of Subway), 30 minutes by taxi to the centre (10-15 Euro) or 20 minutes by subway (0,5 Euro one way), 30 minutes from Pulkovo Airport by bus.

My name is Artem, I'm 30 years old. My wife Julia - 31 years old and 2 our sons - Matvey - 7 years old and Gleb - 5 months. I am a Supply manager in fish company. Julia is at home with kids.

Destination

We don't have an experience, but wanted to visit many places on this Earth. We would like to have an exchange during summer 2010 - to choose the date of my vacation. Preferably to have an exchange to the beach places, near the sea.
