My townhouse is located in the the Seascape area of Aptos, near Santa Cruz, California - an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. It is a beautiful quiet 3 bedroom, 3 bath home, approximately 1600 square feet, bordering on green arroyo, which includes a stream and small lake! The house is two levels, the bedrooms are downstairs. Master bedroom has a spacious bath and shower, separate entrance and French door opening out onto a garden patio. The other two bedrooms share a bath - one bedroom also has a separate entrance, French door and patio. Upstairs, the living room has a gas fire place, hearth and French doors that open to a large deck. Friends say it has a very Mediterranean feel. There are ocean views from the living room, deck and upper roof-top deck deck.There is wireless internet access, sunken tub, flat screen tv, etc. Only 4 units in the complex, the other owners are hardly ever here.

Quartier

This is a very quiet residential area - only a few minutes walk to the beach. We often see animals near the house, including deer, raccoons, turtles and frogs. Dolphins, seals and pelicans at the beach. We're only 5 minutes easy walk to the beach - Seascape Resort, Sanderlings and Palapas Restaurants are nearby, also a coffee shop, pizza and Chinese take-away. Walk to get your coffee and take it down to the beach! Excellent hiking nearby in Niscene Marks, through towering redwoods. Approximately 20 minutes from downtown Santa Cruz, about 40 minutes from Monterey and Carmel, and about 90 minutes south of San Francisco. This is a fantastic area to explore and includes many wonderful beaches, hiking trails, majestic redwoods, wineries, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, world famous surfing beaches, great dining and shopping.
