This is a three bedroom cape style home in Ipswich, Massachusetts. Clean comfortable child-friendly home with internet, laundry facility, cable TV, and other modern appliances.


Quartier

The home is situated within preserved land and set back from the road on a cul-de-sac. The neighborhood is quiet and there are many amenities in the immediate vicinity.

Ipswich is a beautiful Massachusetts town with historic homes and landmarks and plenty to do. We are ten minutes from Cranes Beach and the Crane Estate. Orchards, farms, and many conservation areas are nearby to explore. Easy access to the train to Boston and other North Shore destinations. 1 hour drive into Boston or day-trip to Cape Cod. Kayaking, Canoeing, Horseback Riding, Boating, Hiking, Golfing, and many other outdoor recreational activities are available. There is a 5 seat car available for exchange as well. À propos de nous

We are a family of four college-aged young adults and our mother. Paula, our mother, is a local preschool teacher. The kids are two young men and two young women, 24, 23, 21, and 19. Most of us are in college or are working and live either in Boston or Western Massachusetts. We only speak English.

Destination

The dates are flexible, we are looking for one to one and a half weeks total. We would go early June to the end of August. We are particularly looking for an ocean side region in Ireland with amenities as well as a rich scenic experience with natural sights.
