Maison

The 2 bedroom self-contained apartment is part of our hotel complex. It is across the road from the beach, facing east to the Pacific Ocean. Please look at the following link for detailed information about the resort and it's facilities www.kosraenautilus.com
The apartment is air-conditioned with ceiling fans, has a full kitchen and all crockery and cutlery. It has a 75cm LCD TV and DVD player, 26 channel cable TV, wifi and direct dial telephone. There is a double bed in each bedroom, and 2 x two seater couches in the lounge room. There is a rain-water facet in the kitchen, and there is plenty of hot water available from the solar water heater.
There is a car available for exchange if you have one, or if not, it is available for rent.

Quartier

Enjoy some of the worlds best scuba diving, hike through the rain-forest and explore WW2 Japanese caves. Kayak through amazing mangrove channels, explore 14th century ruins just a 20 minute walk away. Kosrae island is 600 km north of the equator between Guam and Hawaii.
The resort has it's own restaurant where a good variety food is available, including very fresh sashimi, and other fish dishes. There is another restaurant about a 10 minute walk away. Go to www.kosraenautilus.com to view detailed information.

Doug and Sally own and operate Kosrae Nautilus Resort, where the apartment on offer is located. The apartment we are offering, is one that we normally rent out. We are looking for a non-simultaneous exchange.
Our 18 year old son may also visit us for a few days when we are in Italy.

Destination

We would like to stay out in the country areas of Tuscany, Italy, but are open to other parts of Italy.
