This Home is approx 1700 sq ft, two story, two Balcony up stairs, the home was purchased 1 year ago & was completely re done with Stone & marble floor, fire place & furnishings & it is imaculate, it sets accross the street Port Huuneme Beech & has a beautiful Park with Geese, duck & Lengthy creek the Beach is Clean & has a fresh fish & many activities, the home has a professional ping pong table, 50 in flat screen @ flat screen inevery room also internet access & all the amenities of home, back patio with table & chairs & BBQ, potted plants Home is Gated, Master Bedroom have Heavenly Bed Cal King, 2nd room has Murphy queen bed, 3rd room has double bed Bunk Bed & single pull out on bottom, Home is beautilfully decorated with Terra Vera art & Michael Godard paintings( olive party, dirty martini, etc.

The neighborhood is friendly & quiet the property is gated & there is a security system installed in the home for added peace of mind

I am A Vice President with an international Bank & use this home as a 2nd home, we are very clean & our home is always cleaned & ready to occupy before we leave, we enjoy eating out & there are many resturants in the Harbor or Channel Islands area, also Down town Ventura is so much fun to walk in the evening & window shop & people watch, we usally drive to Santa Barbara & enjoy the food & State street, or take in a movie the weather is always perfect for us

Destination

Dates are flexable we want to Visit Maui, Lahina area in Late Sept, Oct, May
Maui Hawai is our destination also interested in Fiji Belize or any where tropical
