Set in Brougham Street, a leafy suburb of central Nelson's dress circle area, and only a short stroll to Nelson's main restaurant, cafe, shopping and park areas, this family home offers comfort, relaxation, and convenience. Opposite historic Melrose House, a 4 minute walk to Fairfield House and 2 minutes to Fairfield Park with its majestic trees and children's play area, our home offers a wonderful base from which to explore all the delights of the Nelson Bays area.

Situated at the Top of New Zealand's South Island, Nelson and the surrounding Bay area are known to enjoy long sunny summer days and blue winter skies set against the backdrop of snow-capped mountain ranges. With most amenities easily accessed by car, Nelson offers lovely beaches, National Parks, wineries, mountain, coastal and river trails. With lots to do amenities available include golf, fishing, tramping, kayaking, cycling, tennis, swimming and sailing. In winter, Rainbow skifield situated in the Nelson lakes area of St Arnuad, is 1 - 1.5 hours drive away. Nelson's saturday market is renowned for its crafts, coffee and easy atmosphere of camaraderie and leisure-taking. We are lucky to have such a range of excellent restaurants and variety of cuisine on offer to suit every taste and pocket.

À propos de nous

Our family moved here from Ireland in 2005 and Nelson has now become home for my husband and I, and our three children; our eldest daughter and our son are aged 20 and 18 respectively and are now at university, while our 15 year old youngest son is studying at boys college here in Nelson. Both my husband and I are self-employed and with our nest rapidly emptying, we are looking forward to more opportunities to travel both inside New Zealand and abroad.
