Our apartment overlooks the beach and has one bedroom, as well as a sofa bed. It has two plasma televisions with satellite stations and in-house movies. It also features a kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as a laundry and bathroom with shower and bath. Air conditioned and re-furbished less than year ago, this apartment offers an exeptional taste of Australia's coastal regions and will provide you and your family with long lasting memories.

The resort amenities include: manicured garden, lagoon heated pool and slide, lap pool, sauna, spa, gymnasium, restaurant and licensed bar, function rooms, games rooms, wi-fi internet coverage, underground car space, reception, family friendly, close proximity to beach, shops, cinemas, restaurants (5 minute walk) as well as just under an hours drive to the Gold Coast theme parks. The closest airport is Coolangatta Airport, located 5 minutes drive away. Surfer's Paradise is only a 30 minute drive North.

The neighborhood has everything you need for a relaxing beach holiday. For instance it is close to shops, cinemas, clubs, bars, the beach, walking tracks, sporting facilities, and airport.

All Australia's main theme parks including Movie World, Wet and Wild World, Sea World are located within an hours drive. Public transport is located minutes walk from the resort.

I am a Government worker and my interests include cross county skiing and sailing.

My family includes my wife and our two children who are both at high school.

We love to travel and would like to exchange a week at our resort apartment in Australia for a week in or nearby Paris.

Destination

As we own our resort apartment, we can facilitate your exchange week pretty well any time.

We are set on visiting Paris from ideally 27 Dec 09 to 03 Jan 10. We are hiring a vehicle and ideally an apartment with vehicle access is required. If not parking facilties nearby are suitable.
