Maison

This private 3-bedroom 2-bath luxury flat walks right out to a palm grotto. It is furnished with what I would call Hawaiian modern furniture - a bit of Bali mixed with San Francisco loft if that makes any sense. Large flat screen TVs in every room along with Wii and DVD players for nights to relax indoors. But you'll want to be outside since it is always so beautiful. Brand new condition and comfortable year round as air conditioning can keep it cool in the summer. Full kitchen to cook if you wish, but there is a private restaurant in the club and amazing choices in walking distance at the resorts and shopping areas. Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. Dine outdoors all year round or just enjoy your morning coffee as you see the sun rise behind majestic Mauna Kea.

It is a short walk or ride on bikes (included) to the oceanfront private club which includes a restaurant, exercise facility and beautiful pool and views of jumping whales and dolphins and the most amazing sunsets you'll ever see. Walk to three golf course, beaches, luxury hotels and amenities, shopping and restaurants. A Land Rover Defender D90 can be included to explore all that the Big Island has to offer - waterfalls, volcanoes, beaches and charming towns. Waikoloa Beach Resort area is the best in island living with the finest hotels, beaches, restaurants, golf courses and activities all within walking distance. It is also a great launching point to explore the island. Also only 15 minutes to the Kona airport to visit other islands or greet guests.

I am a single professional man born and raised in Hawaii and have a great knowledge to share to maximize your experience in Hawaii. I speak a little French, Italian and Spanish, but I am looking to trade for a place in Paris or a major town in Italy or Spain to become fluent in that language and also study in an architectural program. I studied architecture at Yale University and have been in real estate development for the past 8 years. I have no pets and do not smoke, so my place is very clean and smells only like the fresh island breeze. I would like to swap for a small place that is very nice and well located, but open to proposals of other places that might work. I would prefer 3 to 6 months, but could do a shorter or even longer time. Looking forward to seeing what's out there! You won't be disappointed with my place, I guarantee it.

Destination

Dates are flexible. I am interested in staying long enough to enroll in a language immersion program and become fluent. I would possibly stay longer to enroll in an architectural program. I prefer Paris, Rome, Milan or Florence but open to other cities in France and Italy and also open to Spain.
