Maison

Our specious home (300 sqm) i located in the suburb, Saltsjöbaden, 20 minute drive from central Stockholm. The top floor contains a large living room, TV room (cable), a large open kitchen, master bedroom and a second bed room. Master bathroom and a separate toilet. Large glass doors open up to the patio where the pool is. The top floor offers a very nice view over the sea.

Bottom floor contains 2 bedrooms, TV room for children, bathroom, sauna and laundry facilities.

The yard around the house is large (2600 sqm) and flat. Perfect for a family soccer or football game.

In the yards there is also a large trampoline.

Quartier

Saltsjöbaden offers a very active community around sports and outdoor life. Sailing and tennis are the two largest community sports. There are very nice tennis clay courts (outdoors) for hire located approx. 5 minutes from the house. Indoor tennis also availible with plexipave surface. There are 2 golfcourses within 5 minutes (one 18 holes and one 9 holes.) For walking/hiking there are endless trails in the forests 2 minutes from the house.

The suburb is located on the border to the beatifull Stockholm arcipelago with 30.000 islands.

Driving distance to Stockholm is 20 minutes or you can also take a 30 minutes train ride if you waqlk 10 minutes from the house.

We are a family of five. Johan (46), Maria (45), William (18), Carolina (16) and Lovisa (12). We are people who like to travel and meet new people.

Destination

Would like house in the LA/Sothern Calif area. Orange county beaches. Would like to stay for approx 2 weeks. Has to be simoltanous exchange. Used to be a foreign exchange student back in 1982 and would now like to take my familly to Californa to show them the surroundings.
