Maison

Our house is a new luxury townhouse. It is a 2 story (plus a roof top deck), 2 bedrooms, (the master bedroom has ensuite with a large rainshower), 3 decks, 3 bathrooms, a hot tub off the master bedroom, kitchen, living room and dining room. There is a gas fireplace in the living room and a gas barbeque off of the kitchen. We have digital tv, wireless computer access, washer/dryer, dishwasher. There is underground parking for one car. A car rental agency is just around the corner.
There is room for 2 couples or a couple and one teenager.
You can relax on the roof top deck and watch the mountains and ocean. We have one small well behaved cat that we like to take along for exchanges that we can drive to. For longer exchanges our cat will be away.
EVERYTHING IS WALKING DISTANCE

We are in the neighbourhood of Kitsilano. It is a short walk to Granville Public Market.

The beach is a 10 minute walk. Kitsilano pool is at the beach. There are lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Downtown is a 5 minute drive or bus ride.
There is lots of hiking available in Vancouver within a short distance. Hike in Stanley Park or the mountains of North Vancouver. There is downhill skiing at Cypress Mountain, Grouse Mountain and Mount Seymour. Cross country skiing and snoeshoeing are available at Cypress. Whistler is 2 hours drive or if you want to visit the Islands they are a short ferry ride away.
There is also lots of golfing nearby.

Graham is 59 years old and Marett is 42. Graham is a photographer and Marett is a web designer. As we work from home we have alot of flexibility with our schedule. We are very honest, clean people who will treat your home as if it was our home.

Destination

We looking for an exchange in central London from Sept 1 till the 5th, 2010. We have some flexibility to allow you to come earlier to our place in August, 2010.
We are also looking to exchange in France in Provence from Sept 5 till the 19th.
We are looking for exchanges that we can drive to in the US such as the area of Seattle, Portland and California for either short or longer exchanges.
