Quiet, cozy, sunlit studio in historic West Village, on one of the prettiest tree-lined streets in Manhattan. Carrie's apartment from the famous comedy is in the same neighborhood.

Fully furnished with a queen-sized bed (brand new Tempur Pedic mattress, quality sheets), futon that sleeps another 2 people, coffee table, equipped kitchen and brand new 35" TV. Wireless Internet and cable.

Other great things about the apartment: Clean, just renovated, safe building with buzzer and large marble lobby, 2 spacious elevators, though studio is only on the second floor. Own A/C unit. Laundry in basement.

Quartier

Just a block away from 1 and very close to additional 4 subway lines, taking you both North/ South and across town. Walking distance from Hudson River, across from the famous Waverly Inn restaurant where paparazzi are always celebrity-watching.

On the same block with Starbucks and close to many quaint cafes.

Famous Meatpacking District just a few blocks away. Corner Bistro, NYC's best hamburger- 2 blocks. 3 famous chocolatiers within a few blocks and reknown Magnolia bakery around the corner.

It's the perfect place for a true New York experience!

I am a multilingual traveler, originally from Prague but now a New Yorker. I speak Czech, English, German and Spanish.

I studied international business and now I work with 80 different countries on a daily basis, providing employee benefits to multinational corporations in a Regional Director role.

I take advantage of everything New York has to offer, very involved in the Argentine tango scene, salsa, playing music (tenor saxophone) or just appreciating other art and artists.

Destination

We are thinking of Latin America but are open to other possibilities. Flexible on travel dates.
