3 bedroom beach house. Master, king bed, flat screen tv and views of waterway and marsh. VIP Room, king bed, tv,walkout to deck and views of the ocean. Guest Room, Queen bed with walkout to deck and ocean views. Bathroom between bedrooms with tub and shower combination. Fourth room is now as office with a pullout couch. Full Laundry Room. Sunroom looks out over the marshes, birds, and other wildlife and backs up to the intercoastal waterway. You can see the main channel with ships traveling from the Atlantic to Wilmington, NC. Living room, dining room and kitchen all open to each other. Large screen TV in Living Room. Private access to beach. Storage room with beach chairs, etc. Car included in carport. Outside shower. Close proximinity to Myrtle Beach, SC and Wilmington, NC. Wide white sand beach on Long Island, NC near the village of Southport, a coastal gem. Many restaurants and shopping nearby, ferries, museums, fishing, and boating. Available for exchange or rental. We would like an exchange in New York for Christmas 09, London possible for Christmas 09, warm island exchanges. We also have homes in Rhode Island and Florida. We are semi retired.

Quartier

Safe, quiet on the North end of the island. Great walking beach. Private access to beach. 1/2 mile from public golf course. Great biking island. Fresh seafood markets abound, along with great seafood restaurants and others. No commercial properties closer than 3 miles.

À propos de nous

We are semi retired, but enjoying running our Inn in Rhode Island during the summer. My husband is a retired Engineer, but still enjoys flying, traveling, and billiards. We keep our plane in NC as our base. We use the beach house when traveling between Rhode Island and Florida homes. I have always been in hospitality related careers, prior an English Teacher. I love walking, reading, writing, and travel. We are both very neat, organized, clean and established. Non smokers. My husband speaks German and we both speak a little Spanish.

Destination

Can be non-simultaneous exchanges. Dates are flexible. Would like to have Christmas Holiday in New York City or England. Free to travel most any time. We prefer properties close to the water, waterview or waterfront.
