Enjoy our ultimate furnished beach house located in the exclusive Broad Beach neighborhood of Malibu. Located on Cottontail Lane off Broad Beach Road, just steps from Malibu's most secluded and finest beach, the house boasts an immaculate, single-level, bright, open floor plan with high end finishes throughout. The house has recently been redone inside and out with Carrara marble baths with heated floors, Chef's kitchen with Wolf and Miele appliances, luxurious bed linens and Egyptian cotton bath towels, and an attached guesthouse with ocean view balcony. It even has central air conditioning!

It has been our family home for the past six years. The main house has 3 bedrooms with a king sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the other two. There is also a 420 sq./ft guest house with a queen bed, sofa sleeper, LCD tv, bath, and ocean view balcony.

You can surf, swim and sunbathe at Malibu's finest beaches by day. Relax around the romantic fireplace or private stone patio and watch Malibu's unsurpassed sunsets by night.

Pick fresh herbs and produce from the home's garden and prepare meals in the entertainer's chef's kitchen. Or eat out at one of Malibu's many restaurants from beach fare such as Malibu Seafood, Paradise Cove and Neptune's Net to more elegant spots such as the Sunset or Geoffrey's.

Everything you could possibly need is at your fingertips. Walk to the neighborhood Starbucks for your morning coffee or the market for your groceries. Centrally located near Malibu's wineries, museums, restaurants, shops and parks. Or the perfect jumping off point for day trips to Disneyland, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Hollywood and Santa Barbara.

The Broad Beach area where the home is located is truly beautiful, the beach is spectacular and the house is just 5 houses from the broad beach access gate which leads down a short path and stairs to the best beach in Malibu. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and takes about 3 minutes to walk from the front door to the sand.

We are located just down the road (about a mile) from the local supermarket, Starbucks Coffee, and surf shop. There are plenty of shops, parks, and restaurants nearby.

My wife Lisa and I have been married for almost 10 years (celebrating our 10 year anniversary is the purpose of this exchange!) We have a beautiful 10 month old baby girl who will be joining us on our trip. We have traveled extensively throughout Europe (Italy, France, England, Greece, Germany) but have never participated in an exchange before. We absolutely love our house and our neighborhood in Malibu and we know you will too!
