Fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances on ground floor, with Fench doors to patio area with patio furniture and enclosed private garden. 3 bedrooms, (double en-suite) and bathroom upstairs. Gas central heating throughout.

The house is situated in a quiet estate neighbourhood just metres from the picturesque harbour in the medieval village of Carlingford, European Destination of Distinction in 2007. The village is situated on the Cooley Peninsula with the rugged mountain Slieve Foy behind to the west, and the beautiful Mourne Mountains across the bay. Just 1 1/2 hour drive north of dublin airport, Carlingford is the ideal location for mountain walking and water sports. All village facilities and attractions - shops, restaurants, village square, historical sites and fishing harbour within easy walking distance. Adventure Centre in village offers water and mountain sports to children and adults.
Friendly village atmosphere - the perfect place to relax and enjoy the magnificent surroundings as well as exploring all the local activities, such as mountain walking, sailing and other sea activities.

My name is Sheila, I am 58 years old. I live with my husband Aidan and our 2 teenage children (son 19 years and daughter 17 years) in the countryside 40 kilometers north of Dublin where I work as a social worker. Aidan works as a computer programmer in Dublin.

Destination

Non-simultaneous exchanges are possible because the house exchanged is our second house.
We are particularly interested in the northern Tuscany area.
