Well positioned close to Brisbane city and central to the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast beaches, theme and nature parks and tourist areas (-1hr to either). Built this year our modern 4 bed, 3 bath family home has aircon (a must for Qld summers). Formal lounge, family room kids retreat, 2 large flat screen HD tvs, cable, internet, patios to enjoy summer evenings. Walk to public transport, within 2 miles to many shopping mall or precincts.

Our new 4 bed family home is a short stroll to Nundah Village with its mix of local shopping and restaurants. 5 mins by taxi and you're here. Quiet neighborhood with many local parks, attractions, shopping centers, horse racing and golf courses nearby. Perfect base for you to explore the SE Qld's beautiful attractions.

We are a family of 6 (2 boys, 2 girls 12 - 18). We have a dog and cat. We enjoy sports, outdoors activities, exploring new areas, experiencing new things. Non smoking, non drinking builder dad who can ensure your home is well cared for.

Destination

Looking for an orange county ca, exchange (visiting family and friends there) just a base where we will be traveling to other states from staying only a few weeks there.
