Our beautiful home is a 5 bd/5.5 ba (sleeps 10) newer home of 2 years.. with peak ocean views.

Wifi, 5 TV's, Gas BBQ, 3-seater swing, teeter-totter, bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs and toys, outdoor gas fireplace, Wii, laundry, cable tv and more!

Quartier

We live in Carlsbad, Ca (San Diego County) in La Costa 3 miles from the beach.. See the picture of La Costa's Batiquitos Lagoon and the Pacific.... Our neighborhood has a gorgeous clubhouse, pool, tennis, close to Seaworld, Legoland, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, 1 hour to Disneyland,less than 2 hours to Hollywood and much more! We also have tons of privacy, a beautiful view overlooking valley and golf course with ocean breezes and fireworks can be seen from the backyard.

I am a special education teacher and my husband is a contracts manager. We have 3 children (ages 22, 13 and 10). We love living in Carlsbad...it is like a dream come true. Gorgeous city so close to the beach and year round perfect weather. We can hardly believe our good fortune.

We are initally looking to house swap over the fourth of July week 2010, with a family in Rhode Island (Newport, Jamestown, Naragansett, etc.).
