Maison

We live in a new area of Saint-Petersburg on the 7th floor in the block of flats. The house has its own security and inner parking.
Cinemas, supermarkets, aquapark, park for rollers and bicyclists are located nearby.
It takes you about 30 minutes to get to the city center by car/metro.
There are 2 large rooms (bedroom + living room) and kitchen. The bedroom is furnished with two-places bed and 2 small beds for children. Also 2 persons could sleep in a big sofa in the living room. The kitchen is furnished with everything what is needed for living (fridge, microwave, etc.)
There are bathroom and 2 WCs.
Children will enjoy staying our department because of plenty toys, games, books, cartoons.
We also can provide you with the baby carriages.
You can find a lot of places for social activity (cafes, restaurants, fitness club).

Quartier

In 30-60 minutes of driving from city there are palaces - Residences of tsars of Russian empire. Necessarily visit Lomonosov and its Big palace of Prince Menshikov, Pavlovsk and its palace-park ensemble. Pushkin, one of the most beautiful suburbs of St.-Petersburg, is located in 24 km to the south from Northern capital and before revolution was the main years residence of imperial family. And certainly located in 30 km from center St. – Petersburg Petergof is one of the most refined palace-park ensembles of the world. In the summer you with pleasure can walk on the rivers and channels of Petersburg on a boat. Visit theatres known all over the world (Mariinsky theatre,), Kazan Cathedral, Mikhailovsky Castle, Peter and Paul Fortress, Summer Garden, Trinity Izmailovsky Cathedral, St. Isaac Cathedral and many other fine places.

My name is Vladimir. I ve got my own business dealing with building of suburban cottages.
My wife Marina is an economist. Now she looks after our children. We have 2 charming girls - Ekaterina (3 y.) and Elena (8 m.).
We ll consider all suggestions. It s possible to change with the houses not at the same time cause we ve got other place to live during your staying in our apartments.
