It is a basic holiday home on the Coromandel Peninsula 3 hours by car south east of Auckland .It is an absolutely beautiful coastal area.Matarangi Beach is only 3 minutes walk from the house .The beach is 3 km long and just beautiful.There is a 18 hole golf course and many tennis courts.The fishing is very good .There are 2 cafes and some shops .Whitianga town is 25 minutes drive south and has all the services you need.The house is fully furnished so you can just move in. .The Coromandel is has some of New Zealands best beaches.It is a fantastic area with just farmland and beaches and a few small towns.Many Aucklanders holiday there in the weekends and in the Christmas Vacations.It is an easy drive back to Auckland central in under 3 hours .

We are Ken and Sheryn ,52 years old and have a real estate business .We do not live at the beach house .We live 35 minutes south of Auckland.We can swap anytime .We love traveling and playing golf.
We both speak some french as we lived in France playing rugby many years ago.
