Nicely decorated 2rootat appartment in Center of Paris, on the 5th and last floor of standard building with lift, very quiet and sunny , with 2 small balconies overviewing the roofs of paris. The area is very attractive in terms of shopping ( 2 freshmarkets a week in the adjacent street), and close to many touristic places such as Eiffel Tower, Trocadero, River Seine at walking distance. It is also conveniently linked to the rest of the City by 3 subways lines/stops ( Javel + Charles-Michels + Boucicaut ), and 2 bus lines as well heading to the heart of paris and the Champs-Elysees. You can get straight to Versailles in 15 minutes with the train at Javel.
From airports you can reach the appartment in 30 to 40 minutes.
Your stay in paris can eventually be combined with another one in our other 2room appartment located on the french west south coast near Biarritz and Bordeaux ( with spain at 1hour and a half drive). overviewing a golf green ranking among the 10 first in Europe at Moliets Plage .

Quartier

in the 15th district, called the VILLAGE St Charles. The street St Charles views the Eiffel Tower all the way down. Many excellent or typical or exotic restaurant will welcome you, as well as all sorts of shops.

À propos de nous

we are a couple with 2 grown children. Monsieur is a legal counsellor in a well knownfrench multinational and Madam is an artist moving from painting to sculpture. we will at most be 2 to3 in participating in any exchange.
We are most interested in visiting foreign countries ( Europe, USA, Australia an more of course ), with a stress on foreign culture or sea and mountain resorts.
This year as a matter of URGENCY ( next month )we are seeking an exchange with an appartment in PERTH australia. Our children are there for studies....
